Glory House offers multiple ceremony locations in Irving, Texas including indoor and outdoor options. There are two ceremony options for in-door at Glory House, plus a Chapel one block away at FUMC.
Outdoor ceremony options include Heritage Park, Centennial Park and a Pavilion on Lake Carolyn in Las Colinas.
Indoor ceremonies include a traditional isle ceremony setup for 100 guests or less.
Glory House will setup your ceremony, assist with rehearsal, implement, then provide the on-site reception afterward. A silky back drop with uplighting are available for an additional rental. Included in the ceremony is an arch, two candelabras and a unity candle stand (or table for unity sand).

If your guest count is over 100, no worries, the new trend is a reception style setup. This means the guests are seated at their tables during the ceremony. This was made very popular by David Tutera the Wedding Planner.
This setup allows you to invite up to 150 guests for on an on- site ceremony followed by a reception.

Ceremony FUMC Chapel
Glory House also recommends First United Methodist Church chapel on Second Street. Just one block from Glory House Receptions, this beautiful chapel gives the opportunity for a church ceremony. Membership is not required to book this chapel.

Outdoor ceremony options include Heritage park, one block from Glory House. This quaint gazebo is perfect for a spring or fall outdoor ceremony in Texas. Glory House will book the park and building required for the ceremony, provide al setup including white padded garden chairs, schedule a rehearsal, provide full coordination, implement the ceremony and break down after it is over. You will need to provide your minister. If you don’t have one in mind, Glory House has a referral. We make your ceremony easy!

Centennial Park is another outdoor option. This park boasts a pavilion overlooking a water feature. A large rock arch is the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. A long winding path for the bride to enter makes for a romantic outdoor ceremony location.
The third outdoor ceremony area offered by Glory House is directly on Lake Carolyn in Las Colinas. This location makes you feel like you are floating on water, since you really are. This deck is directly over the lake water and provides a beautiful scene for “tying the knot!”
