Vendors
We’ve seen too many ‘nuptial nightmares’ to recommend anything but the best wedding services. We work with the best in the business for photography, cake design, and the like. Please consider our list of approved vendors in your planning.
Food
At a minimum, we recommend passed hors d’oeuvres as guests arrive at the reception. Food provides momentum and gives guests something to do besides wait.
The most popular plan is to offer passed hors d’oeuvres upon arrival and a buffet meal after the bride and groom arrive. This option works great with limited budgets because it reduces the amount of china and number of wait staff required.
Other options include plated meals, buffet only, and hors d’oeuvres only. Glory House offers the following menus. Please remember that cuisine is only a portion of the bill. China, linen, service staff, and other items should be included in the budget.
